The land is located in the Sofalia neighborhood, at the far end of the construction area towards Germia Park, in a quiet and suitable location for residence, close to nature and at the same time with good access to the center of Pristina. The land has an area of 12.75 ares (1,275 m2), with about 40 m frontage on the cadastral road and about 33 m width. According to the parameters of the Regulatory Plan for this area, the development of approximately 1,020 m² of total building area is allowed on the parcel, with a maximum of P+2 floors. The positioning of the parcel allows for very good orientation of the building to the East – South – West, while the northern side remains at the back of the parcel.
